As mentioned on page 11 of the Arizona Association of Realtors® Buyer Advisory Guide, although there is no substitute for an on-site visit to the school to talk with principals and teachers, there is a significant amount of information about Arizona’s schools on the Internet. Sky Crossing, the new planned community in Phoenix, Arizona, will have many exciting amenities. The one that stands out the most to me is the 13,000-square foot clubhouse. The plans for the clubhouse describe a facility with a fitness center, small classrooms for activities such as yoga, locker rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen prep area, several pools including a lap pool and a pool with a beach entry, splash pad, playground, basketball court, and a lawn area. Sky Crossing will have gated and non-gated sections. There is a portion of the gated section, with 354 lots, that will have exclusive access to a smaller amenity center. This center will include a pool, spa, club-style Ramada, and community fire pit. The community will also have pocket parks, an elementary school, pedestrian and bicycle paths, natural areas, four pedestrians only washes, and a transit shelter on Deer Valley. Models will be available to view Spring 2018. It is imperative that I accompany you to view the models or speak with the builder in order to be able to represent you in this transaction. Contact me today for additional details! As a local expert, I look forward to helping you purchase your new home in Sky Crossing! * This is not meant as solicitation if you are already working with a broker. If you have not heard yet, a new planned community district called Sky Crossing is coming to Phoenix, Arizona! The planned community will be located at the Northwest corner of Deer Valley Road and Black Mountain Parkway in North Phoenix. Sky Crossing’s boundaries are as follows: North of the Reach 11 Recreation Area, East of the City of Phoenix Cave Creek Wastewater Reclamation, South of the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, and West of the Desert Ridge Master Planned Community. Sky Crossing will not be part of the Desert Ridge plan, but it will resemble Aviano, Desert Ridge, and Fireside in several aspects, such as landscaping and color schemes. Two developers are collaborating on this project, Taylor Morrison and Pulte. Taylor Morrison developed Sanctuary and Pulte developed Fireside. They are working under the title “The Cave Buttes Development Partners, LLC.” The gross acres are anticipated to cover around 409.93 acre, estimating approximately 1,621 residential homes. The community will have pedestrian and bicycle pathways, an elementary school site, gated and non-gated sections, pocket parks, and additional amenities. As of now, the project is divided into 7 phases. They developers anticipate breaking ground around the 3rd quarter of 2017. Models should be available to view next spring. Sky Crossing has also been annexed as part of the Paradise Valley Unified School District (PVUSD). If you would like to find out additional information on Sky Crossing, as it become available, please let me know. Finally, if you would like to view any of the models next spring or talk to the builder, it is imperative that I accompany you in order to be able to represent you in the transaction.
